[savannah-help-public] License change for projects arg-parser and lzip

Hello,

I have needed to change the license of arg-parser and lzlib (the library 
of lzip) to "GPL version 2 or later with link exception" on order to 
allow linking them with GPLv2 programs.

Could you please change the license description on the Savannah pages to:
arg-parser -- "GPL version 2 or later with link exception"
lzip -- "GPL version 2 or later"
