Details:

The nongnu project IXIN was initialized w/ a CVS source code repo (that is
still empty as far as i know) a few weeks ago.  I request that that empty CVS
repo be deleted and a Git repo be initialized instead.

(BTW, the "Category" is not precise; i couldn't find "Source code repositories
- changing VCS".)
