Hello,
As the administrator of the IXIN project, you can add/remove repositories
types.
Visit the project's savannah page:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/ixin/
In the "main" menu, click "select features".
In the list of available features you'll see "git".
Mark it, then click submit.
Within about an hour, the git repository should be created.
