It did not used to be. I wonder if there are restrictions on what can
be in it. Server-side includes and such should not be allowed. No
energy to look at www-config now, though :(.

There is a bino/index.html file on savannah that also does the redirect,
but I guess the .htaccess takes precedence, since
http://www.nongnu.org/bino/foobar.html is rewritten to
http://bino3d.org/bino/foobar.html.
(The redirect from the top-level http://www.nongnu.org/bino/ fails anyway
due to bino.org setup, but oh well.) --karl
