Your email server has rejected the confirmation message.  Here is the log
information concerning this rejection by your mail server at netsolmail.net.

Please contact your email service provider and report this problem to them for
resolution. Obviously the message is not spam and it is being sent to you at
your request.

The only suggestion I can offer is to use a different email service provider. 
Do you have a different email address that you can use to receive confirmation
emails?

I expect that this response message will also be rejected by your email
service provider netsolmail.net.  If so I will try to contact you by other
means.
