LaMantengo is an extra-layer adder for preserving URLs even when their target
moves.

It's main goal is to create new stable links that don't change, whose
destination may change after some time.

It's a PHP+MySQL website engine. Users would post some URL, and the system
will provide them with a new one. This one is to be shared publicly, and it
will redirect to the first one. At any time, the link's owner can change the
link's target, in order to link to a new file or resource.
