Hi Marco - it's ok to just remove it from the current hg.  Don't worry about
the past history, it's not uncommon for there to be various "compliance"
problems in the past that get corrected in the present.

That is, I expect you'd rather keep the full history around, and if so, that
is ok.  On the other hand, if you don't really care, then starting fresh is
certainly the cleanest approach.
