==== Description: ====
alti is basically a Digital Elevation Model (DTM) to Bitmap file (BMP)
converter built in standard C. 

alti reads from ASCII XYZ files. It stores its informations into memory,
allowing data to be process. It then exports results into Bitmap file format.
The processing of the data presently include elevation range recognition.

Although alti does not depends on theses, the project include data from the
National Institut of Geographic and Forest Information (IGN) licensed as Open
Licence.
