Hello,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

To comply with the hosting requirements, all files have a clear copyright
statement and license notice:

There are few issues:
1. The file 'alti.c' does not seem like a text source code file. Is that
intention?

2. The file 'makefile' does not have a copyright statement or license notice.
please add them. Instead of GPL you might prefer the GNU All Permissive
license (
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices-for-Other-Files.html
).

3. Proprietary data format can not be hosted on GNU Savannah - please remove
the "Word" document (or use a free file format).

4. The license for the included data files is in French (
http://www.ign.fr/institut/activites/lign-lopen-data ) - and therefor I can
not confirm that it is compatible the GNU Savannah's license requirements of
free licenses (more so when it seem to use the word 'Open' (as in "l'Open
Data"), when "open" is a problematic term when used in the context of "free
software" and "free licenses" (see
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/words-to-avoid.en.html#Open ).
Please provide a license in English, or a credible source to show this license
is indeed free.

Please  upload an updated archive to savannah to continue with the submission
process (using the form at the bottom of this page:
