My projects are perfectly active. I'm not sure what you're talking
about. Just a couple weeks ago, someone reported a minor bug in one of
my projects, and I both responded and fixed the problem in the same
day. And I made a new release of two of my other projects less than a
week ago (though I just noticed I forgot to announce one of them in
the blog, whoops!).

I think you may be projecting an impression you have on a few Savannah
projects onto the entire Savannah site. I'm sure there are some
projects on Savannah which are inactive. But clearly, there are also
projects on Savannah which are active. This is true of other software
hosts, too.
