[This is an unstable version!]

New features/updates of SCIM 0.9.0:

    * Simplified some APIs.
    * Re-implementated some class methods.
    * Rewrote the generic table server module, which extends the key
length limit to 63 bytes and has ability to add/del phrases.
    * This version is not binary/source compatible with the older version.
