Ctrl+Right Arrow generates ^[[1;5C
Both inside and outside the screen combination send by Ctrl+Right Arrow
seems to be the same. Seems like 5C gets interpreted by vim, not sure
why it isn't parsed in the same way like outside of screen, but in this
case I suspect it may be bug in vim instead.
