There is AUTHORS, ChangeLog, ...
But I have seen that bzip2 puts there the html documentation.
Maybe the simulavr info page is enough. It is generated from the same source
than the html docu.

Sorry, I don't know the standard, but I think it is ok to put the html docu
there.
