[Simulavr-devel] 13-pre2 patch

I've just uploaded a 13-pre2 patch. Apply it to a clean 12.

It's still on the res099095 site. That site might be down for a while 
tonight (it's my girlfriend's computer and she needs to reboot into 
windoze for a while to night).

I'd put it up on the download site of savannah, but I don't know if I
could delete it once it's obsolete. There's also that patch manager thingy
on there, but it looks to be more oriented for patches which haven't been
applied to the source yet. So much to learn and do and so little time.  
Sigh.

Still no word on when I'll be able to move the cvs repository over. If I 
don't here from the savannah folks tomorrow, I'll send out another email.
