[Simulavr-devel] patch manager and cvs repository update

Does anyone have knowledge of the patch manager on savannah (or 
sorceforge)? I tried to find another project which uses it, but didn't 
have any luck.

I'm curious how this works and how it could be useful to the project. I'm
a bit reluctant to just put some test patch in there and not be able to
delete it when I'm done playing around.

On the cvs repository front: I have been contacted but the contact was a 
Frenchman and his instructions didn't make much sense in english. I'm 
still waiting for concise instructions on what to do. Should happen soon 
though.
