I'm still working on the regression system. Here's a new snapshot.

I've added a few more tests and changed the main driver script to allow 
for running only a subset of tests (see usage in regress.py).

Unless I get some feed back saying that this sucks, I'm going to plan on 
checking it in to cvs on sunday morning. Once it is checked in, I will 
integrate it into the build system. In the mean time, if anyone wants 
another snapshot later in the week, let me know.
