internal ram in mega 16 ends at 0x45f. 

other internal register space locations which throws errors

are simply not implemented.



Sorry, but there is actually no maintenance on simulavr.



I "only" develop the simulavrxx project so it seems that

there will not come any additional features in simulavr.

For that reason I close that bug.
