Hi Steve,

if you have installed tcl on your system, there should be a tclConfig.sh 
somewhere.
Actually I have inspected some different linux distributions and all of 
them have it in
/usr/lib.

I actually have no idea if the check for tcl is one "we" have written or 
comes with generic support.

Which linux you use and where is your tclConfig.sh?
