Yes, I need more than the 2 hardware assisted breakpoints/watchdogs. If
I just add more breakpoints in avr-gdb the JTAG MkII Debugger slows down
system clock and as a result the system is not able to compete with some
realtime requirements I have.

Back to topic: I could not find any code that implements handling of
FUSEs, so that I had to change my patch. Simulavr treats the BREAK
instruction as NOP now when no gdb session was established.
