Details:

In version 1.4, avr-libc deprecated the old signal names (like
SIG_OUTPUT_COMPARE2). The depreciation phase lasted until (I think) avr-libc
1.7.2, then the old signal names were poisoned, which means that programs
containing the old signal names can not be compiled any more.

This patch replaces the old (poisoned) signal names with the new ones.

Included are some changes that allow compilation of atmel_key with gcc 4.7.0
and avr-libc 1.8.0
