[Simulavr-devel] unit test framework added

Hi,

I actually could spend some time on simulavr project.

After fixing two minor bugs in simulavr I decided yesterday to add a
unit test framework based on google test.

I added the framework under regress/gtest

There is a minimalistic handcrafted Makefile which need to be reworked a
lot for using autotools. Sorry, but autotools is a horror to me so I
would someone ask here to have a look for this topic.

What this framework offers:
Simply first have a look at google test and as a second source I provide
the first two test and one of them fails :-)

For the  topic behind the failed test I will send a second mail soon to
have the two topics (gtest and irq bug) in separate threads.

If someone is interested in naming conventions for the tests and
testcases: Feel free to change the things unless the content has a
chance to survive :-)
