I committed a first attempt to access bitwise pinx register.
Please review, comment and improve!
It includes known bugs:
void HWPort::SetPinBit ignores value of val, is only an aggregate of
found functionality.
I changed only the pin access. If my code can be accepted, it can be
copied to other registers. So please comment!
I did NOT TEST anything because my time for the week ends exactly here ;)
Please look inside and let me know what you think about the things!
