[Sipwitch-devel] Configuration example needed

Hello.

I would try to use sipwitch as office PBX. So I have upstream sip provider and 
sip account(s) from it. I can configure
internal numbers/users but I don't know how to set up external calls. I need to 
make calls to the world and I also need
to receive calls from the world via upstream sip account(s).

Is it possible ? Can You please give some example ?
