I recall pgp.mit.edu went to SKS, but I just looked and it's back on pksd at 
the moment.  And incidentally, not working at all - all queries fail with 
Bdb.DBError("PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery").

Did something get unintentionally reverted?
