Thanks for the response. I have to admit, I am an Exchange administrator so please forgive me, but can you be a little more specific? What config file do I place that in?

Pass the -i parameter and list all networks that you wish to ignore at
startup.  For example, if your mail server's IP is something like
192.168.1.3, and you wish your entire local subnet to be exempt from
outbound filtering, start with this added:

- -i 127.0.0.1/32 -i 192.168.1.0/24

That should take care of you.
