[Straw-devel] service plans

So, just to make things clear, the current plans for using various
services for development are:

Savannah: bug tracking, web hosting, file (release) distribution.
Gnome: cvs
Various places all around the world: arch trees for developers

And I'll do the Gnome CVS - arch syncs. The Gnome CVS will be mainly for
translators, but I suppose I can't stop a developer from using it if he
won't use arch.

This is not set in stone, it's just a matter of using the resources
available for us. Things can shift around.
