streamtuner installation help

Hi,

I'm trying to install the most current streamtuner rpm and I'm getting a
dependency error about glib 2.3.4.  I have RHEL3 and I can't find
anywhere how to get an rpm for glibc 2.3.4 , my version has 2.3.3 and on
the gnu website it says the current version is 2.3.3
(http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/libc.html ) 

do you know what I should do?
