where can I download Kenge?

Hi Everything,

Does anyone here know where to download "Kenge". It is an extension to the
Swarm for Fire simulation, developed by Paul Box, Utah State Univ. I looked
everywhere on the web, but can't find it. Many many thanks in advance!!
