OK...here is the progress I have made in the last 24 hrs. (of which I
am damn proud of being a brand new UNIX HPUX admin :)
Running HP/UX 10.10 on a 715 box
Installed: (and working AFAIK)
libXpm
Tcl/TK
BLT
libtclobjc
swarm
After quite a bit of work, swarm complies w/o obvious complaint.
Now the problem... when I untar the applications and gmake heatbugs
or mousetrap (the only two I have tried) it seems to compile
Heatbug.m through HeatbugBatchSwarm.m w/o problems then bombs making
the executable with:
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
/bin/ld: Unsatisfied symbols:
__builtin_va_start (code)
gmake: *** [heatbugs] Error 1
Any ideas?
I was able to fix all of the earlier problems, but this one leaves me
stumped as to even where to start....
TIA,
Richard

P.S. I am wanting to explore Swarm with the idea of making a
simulation for the evolution of virus virulence in various
populations. Anyone out there using swarm for exploring evolution (as
opposed to community ecology)?
