Postscript version of swarmdocs-1.0.0

Hi!

I've taken the liberty of slapping together a postscript
version of the html swarmdocs-1.0.0.  I placed it on the
ftp site but not the web pages.

If anybody's interested, take a look at it and see if it's
any good.

p.s. It took a lot of cat >> blah commands to get this thing
together.  I'm not sure if postscript printers will even handle
such a monster nicely.  And it took along time to do, so until
I generate a script to do it, it won't be done very often. or
very reliably
