In there, I've written out all the library/include/other directories for
a Makefile.  That is written out for the archive install. 
But last week  I used the same directory structure
in a recent binary install that went fine.  I'm wondering if you might
have forgotten some details on the othersyslib line.

Check back if it won't work.
