Strange, I still can't reproduce it. 

Can please double check your TCL_LIBRARY, TK_LIBRARY, and BLT_LIBRARY
variables to ensure that they point to the files distributed with the
binary distribution ($SWARMHOME/lib, $SWARMHOME/lib, and
$SWARMHOME/blt2.3, respectively)?
