Ok, in addition to the full all.ps for letter and A4 paper, there are
now the per-chapter files activity.ps, collections.ps, defobj.ps,
objectbase.ps, probing.ps, random.ps, simtools.ps, space.ps, and
tkobjc.ps.

For double-sided printing, look in the even/ and odd/ subdirectories
(the same file names are used).
