>From Swarm's perspective, it's the same thing.  Details of the
differences between them are hidden from us by a DLL we are using.  If
there's a problem it will be due to a bug in the DLL.  However, the
DLL is free software (http://www.cygnus.com/gnu-win32), so if we know
about a bug impacting Windows 95, and have time, we will fix it.
Still, NT is what we are using, so it will be better tested.

Right by Swarmfest, though.)
