Display is defined in [..]/include/X11/Xlib.h.  The gui.h header
file doesn't include awtobjc things unless you define USE_JAVA.  And 
the awtobjc backend isn't included in the release.

The Cygnus B19 release does include some X11 headers, but not X11 itself.
(`Display' and things are only used by the Win32 Tcl/Tk as placeholders).
