Raster Display* display

Hi, gang,
        I'm porting Gecko to WinNT, up from Swarm vintage 961002
(or something.)  The basics (like heatbugs) installed very nicely.
Good job!

        However, I still need to deal with a couple years changes
to Swarm.  Where'd you put Display* display from Raster?  Trying to
track it down, there is a ref to <awtobjc/global.h>.  Where is
awtobjc hidden?
