Help: Install Swarm on Win95.

Hi,

I have tried to install swarm on win95. I followed the instruction, 
especially, I read the mail messages posted in April which reported 
someone has sucessfully installed swarm-1.1 on win95. 

I installed c:\cygnus\B19 by runing two .exe files 
(cdk.exe, usertools.exe). then runing win32swarm.exe. then followed 
instruction: make -C swarm-1.1. 

I tried several times (I deleted the directory c:\swarm-1.1 after an 
unsuccessuly try). Each time I got different message. 

for example:

by compling swarm heatbug, I got a message:
