Yea, my strategy is to forward the entire message, w/ headers,
to address@hidden for the originating domain, and any major domains along
the way if the orginal domain looks like the abuser. Almost all legitimate
domains have an "abuse" mailbox for this sort of thing. Some, like UUNET,
have a "fraud" mailbox that is more appropriate. Doing a traceroute , and
sending a note to address@hidden, with the traceroute and original
message enclosed,  seems like a good idea in this case... hermes1.net is
certainly violating their terms of use if indeed they are a client of Sprint. 
[This whole excersise is prob. just tilting at windmills, but it's a good way to
blow off steam...:-)]
