Thankx to Marcus with his help about tclobjc-1.3.  It worked.

Now I have another problem :-):

make: *** No rule to make target `-lobjectbase', needed by `heatbugs'.  Stop.

Can't find objectbase library anywhere either.  Anything else I
need to install?
