I ran into the egcs/gcc problem trying to make this new one.
I wrote Alex about it, but didn't hear, then I decided to bug
you.  The setup wants to use gcc, which is not working with redhat
5.1

I need to make swarm use egcs (where objc is) but I have no luck
with commands like 

> CC=egcs ./configure blah blah blah

Got any idea?
