Sorry Marcus ,  there is no include dir ,with
--with-tclobjcdir=/usr/local/tclobjc-1.4 ,
--with-tclobjcincludedir=/usr/local/tclobjc-1.4 and
--with-tclobjclibdir=/usr/lib   it works fine.
