Swarm's configure doesn't look for tclobjc; you have to specify it
unless libtclobjc.a happens to be in $prefix/lib and tclObjc.h in
$prefix/include (or the directory argument specified with
--with-defaultdir). When unspecified, $prefix defaults to /usr/local.
