pixmaps and other bugs

Marcus:

1. heatbugs-1.2: must be compiled with 'make CFLAGS+=-DUSE_PIXMAP' to make
use of the png pixmap. The README file should be updated accordingly.

2. antsort-1.2: pixmaps 'ant.png' and 'antcarry.png' are missing.
[This is one case where it's bad when bugs are absent ...]

3. DynamicGraph-1.2: segfaults, with a reference to line 297 in
/usr/include/__math.h (under RedHat 5.1). What was the fix for that, and
did you report this bug to RedHat?
