Perhaps make a method in this class that sends reSendOrder to Process1
and then assigns back to OutTime.  Or maybe have a create- time setter
method that sets an instance variable in Process1 (the owner; the
instance that has OutTime) so that reSendOrder: can do the
re-assignment.
