Oops below:

P.S. I did deviate from Paul's faq instructions by installing tcl and tk
with prefix /usr/local, rather than /usr -- so libtcl8.0.so is really
there. Previous install steps link to these NOT(binary) source-installed
tcl & tk bits, rather than to the ones installed by the Redhat installer.
