Building Swarm 1.2 on Red Hat Linux 5.1

I am trying to build Swarm 1.2 and the first step I took was simply typing
"./configure".  The program proceeds until it hits a line stating
"configure: error: Please use --with-tclobjcincludedir or --with
tclobjcdir to specify location of tclobjc header files."

I'm pretty clueless as to what I need to do to make the error disappear,
any help would be great.
