In Swarm 1.2, tclobjc is a package you need to have installed before
you can build Swarm. The latest version is at:
ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/needed-software
The default location to install it is /usr/local. If you use the
default (you don't specify --prefix to tclobjc's configure), you won't
need to specify --with-tclobjcincludedir for Swarm's configure.
