re status of old dynamic schedule update bug

What is the status of the bug mentioned in

Did that get fixed?
If not, I sure would like to see it moved up the queue of things
to do, as we now have some apps which we have had to structure
things in non-prefered ways to avoid this bug, ie, we have not being 
able to use swarm in ways that show off its design strengths.
