RPM/SRPM available for Breeder

I just decided to find out what Breeder does and decided to make an
RPM to parallel the Swarm RPMs.  This installs in /usr parallel to
Swarm1.3 RPM.   There is an SRPM as well, so you can
rebuild it on your system if you have a different version of linux than
Redhat 5.1.

This one works for me with  IPD-1.3.
If you have a need for other libraries,
let me know, I'll do the same.  Now that I've made the investment to
understand the RPM process, it is not too tough to make other ones.
