gridturtles examples sources distributed; initModule()

I can't seem to find the source (except in the html listings)
for the various GridTurtle testing programs.
Are those not distributed anymore?
If so, could someone point out where they are?
If not, I think they should be.

I also noted in the listings for the example GridTurtle
test programs the function call
  initModule( grid );
I can't find that function call in the refbook documentation,
though the function index does have _obj_initModule().
Could someone point me to initModule()?
(or is it maybe out of date, and the GridTurtle examples
in appendix A need to be fixed?)
